How to Rotate a PDF Permanently
Step 1. Open PDF in PDFelement
Launch PDFelement. Click the "Open File..." button on the Home window and then browse your local folder to upload your PDF file.Step 2. Rotate Pages in PDF
Go to the "Page" menu, choose the direction of rotation and you can rotate the page easily.Step 3. Apply Your Settings
Right-clicking the page you want to rotate and choose "Rotate Page", the Rotate Pages settings window will appear, allowing you to change the orientation of selected pages.
